Still Pimping After All These Years:Give David Forest $395 and He’ll Hook You Up with a gay Porn Star

from www.southfloridagaynews.com – David Forest says he’s playing Madame to porn stars, but for those wanting to meet their idols the dream may seem too good to be true.

Have you ever fantasized with the chance of meeting a porn star? If you call veteran “porn agent” David Forest and you are willing to shell out $395 you might just get that – a chance.

Forest said he started his hookups service in the early 80’s by placing his name and number in the gay phone book Pink Pages promising to put people in touch with whatever type of guy or specific person they would wished for a one-on-one meeting.

“Back in the day I would discuss with the client what they wanted to do with a guy,” Forest told SFGN. “I would find out what they wanted to do sexually, how much they were willing to spend and then find them the right guy. My fee was paid by the boy I would get them.”

Those negotiations landed Forest in jail in November of 1996. When he was released, he fine-tuned his hookups machine to abide by the law. His operations have since then gone through several iterations with his latest drawing the ire of some gay porn studios and stars.

Forest is now apparently using studio photos of porn stars and claiming he can connect people to any one of them. Porn studios—and gay porn stars themselves—say their pictures are being used to offer “connections” without their permission. One porn star being publicized in Forest’s website told SFGN he doesn’t know Forest and has never met him.

“I merely put these people out there so folks know they can reach them,” Forest said. “I have a clear disclaimer on my site that says I don’t represent them.”

Forest is right. Meet the Stars does have the following disclaimer: “Our aim at [Meet the Stars] is to provide you with connections to ANY star(s) that will do ‘private meetings’ (depending on the money offered). The pictures displayed are possible stars to consider. We don’t represent them, but can reach them for connections. We’ll also contact any star(s) that you would like to have us connect you to.”

Before you get to get contact info to attempt to meet your star, there are procedures that need to be taken care of.

The adult film agent requires clients to either make a deposit for $395 directly to Forest’s Chase Bank account, wire the money into that same account, send the money by Western Union, transfer through PayPal or overnight cash, a cashier’s check or money order by FedEx to Forest.

After that, people allegedly receive the contact of the porn star they desire to meet from the photos displayed on Forest’s website. But paying the money does not guarantee a meeting—the encounter will only take place if the porn star agrees.

On top of Forest’s fee, clients would still have to pay to spend time or whatever they choose to do with their selected star, upwards of $300 an hour in some cases.

“I’m a convenience,” Forest said. “People come to me knowing I’ll get who I say I’ll get. They know they’ll be taken care of.”

Forest claims to have met and or personally know all the men on his site. One of those men on his site is porn star Rod Daily. SFGN asked Forest if he personally knew Daily and how he would connect a person to him.

“Absolutely I’ve met him,” Forest said. “I’ll contact him and say I have a client for him. You pay me my fee knowing you’ll have his phone number and email after that.”

Sitting in the SFGN offices listening to the interview with Forest, Rod Daily shook his head and laughed as he heard Forest’s comments.

“I’ve never met the man,” Daily said. “All I know about him is he has that site,” he added, referring to Meet the Stars.

Daily, who was but is not currently listed on Rentboy.com, said he’s never heard from Forest or a client claiming to come from Forest.

“What he’s doing (promising connections) and then people paying for it is crazy in the first place,” Daily said. “I’ve never thought about his service doing something like that. I’d hate to think that would happen.”

Asked if what Forest is doing (promising connections) bothers him, Daily simply responded, “Yeah, that’s shitty.”

After spending jail time, Forest started his websites, like Bradsbuddies.com and Meetthexxxstars.com, to find ways to continue his business.

He said he’s had a bevy of who’s who in the porn world on his roster of stars. In 2008, he decided to hang up his phone and call it quits. At the time, he told The Sword in an exit interview that he felt it was his time to step out of the private meetings business.

“I couldn’t even get Falcon to honor the deal that Todd Montgomery and I had made,” Forest told the Sword. “I didn’t put it in writing, probably the only deal I’ve ever made where I didn’t have a written agreement. What a huge mistake it was.”

Forest was referring to Falcon not paying him his $3,500 finder’s fee.

Apparently Forest couldn’t stay away. Soon after dropping his “Forest Meetings,” he got back in the hookups game, launching Meet the Stars in 2009. This time though, he encountered a hostile reception from the men he was “representing.”

Outside of the porn star realm, Forest has launched a new website called Knights and Squires. The site is aimed at serving the Southern California area with “students, working young men, athletes, aspiring actors and a few adult stars.”

Much like his Meet the Stars site a fee is required to get the contact of the random men listed on his site, although it is much lower, at $200 per contact. Forest also offers unlimited meetings at $1,000 a year, plus whatever your chosen escort charges you for his time.

Forest also said he’s planning on several “private resort retreats” with the talent of Knights and Squires.

From his site: “Clients will be able to spend a night or more with multiple guys at some of the fine beach, mountain and desert resorts in Calif., Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado and The Bahamas. Many people have asked David Forest to carry out his ‘famous madam’ role and host some exclusive private events. These special days/nights will be available to yearly members of Knights and Squires.”

The first “Conclave” retreat is planned for Father’s Day weekend in June of this year at the Terranea Resort in Ranchos Palos Verdes, California. Paying the $1,000 fee for the unlimited meetings would allow people instant access to it. Forest didn’t say whether clients had to pay their own way or who was bringing the boys when asked about the retreat, all his said was “It’s going to be great and space is limited.”

SFGN contacted the Terranea Resort asking if there was a group plan available through David Forest and if they were aware that Forest was planning on putting men together with different escorts for “private meetings” at their resort. A message left with a woman named Sarah was not returned. A second phone call went to voicemail. That message was also not returned as of publication time.

Forest’s business plan has been referred to as a bait and switch by other writers, but Forest refutes that claim. He refutes it even though he’s had to say he doesn’t represent the models (except for his Knight and Squires men) and there’s no guarantee of a meeting, even after paying a hefty fee.

“These are fellas that I know or have met me,” Forest repeated. “These guys have expressed interest in working with me. Ask around, people know I will deliver.”
