Tampa- I thought there was something funny when I hadn’t seen the Grand Vizier all weekend. The Vizier called me today from Tampa explaining that he and the $300 an hour dancer named Sonja decided to fly to Tampa and attend Max Hardcore’s trial.

“We saw Mark Kernes in the courtroom,” says The Vizier, giving me the lowdown on what happened.

“Max is going to get a lot of press out of this,” adds The Vizier. “This is turning into a media circus with the local TV stations covering it.”

According to the Vizier, the jury was selected to include seven women, five men and one alternate, a man.

“The government seems like they’ve got a well prepared case,” says The Vizier. “And they’ve got tons of documents.”

“And the judge- Susan P Bucklew- doesn’t waste time. She’s a ball buster.”

“Ed McAndrew is one of the prosecutors. He looks good, speaks well and is sharp. I didn’t get the woman prosecutor’s first name but the last name is Frietas. She looks like the Wicked Witch of the West. What I gather is McAndrew and Frietas have teamed up in past kiddie porn cases, but this is their first adult industry case. McAndrew was doing most of the talking.”

“Most of the discussion Tuesday was whether the prosecution should play parts of, or the entire videos in the case,” says The Vizier. “The judge rules on that Wednesday.”
