Erika Icon, owner of The Rub PR, was inducted into the ASN Hall of Fame in 2025. She was inducted alongside Micky Lynn, Jupiter Jetson, and Suze Randall, among other honorees. Icon was named WIA Woman of the Year at the online edition of the 2026 XBIZ Honors. This marked her second consecutive nomination for WIA Woman of the Year at the online industry edition of the XBIZ Exec Awards, with the nomination occurring on November 14, 2025.
