The Situation’s Brother Owns a Porn Company and is Now Slapped with a Criminal Complaint

from www.nydailynews.com – The brother of “Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was slapped with a criminal complaint Sunday after getting into a tussle with a woman he met partying with his brother in a Manhattan club, police said.

Marc Sorrentino [center], 31, who owns a porn company and helps manage his reality TV-star brother, convinced a woman he met on a night out on the town Oct. 20 to continue the party back at his place in Howell, N.J., police sources said.

The sources said the woman willingly rode off in a limo with the Sorrentino brothers. But back at Marc Sorrentino’s pad, things turned sour and the woman claims Marc Sorrentino punched her in the stomach, the sources said.

Police served Marc Sorrentino with a misdemeanor complaint Sunday, according to sources.
