Porn Valley- We've been tuning in or, at least, trying to tune into PervertRadio in recent weeks but nobody seems to be home.

The Internet station has advertised interviews with Bill Margold, Luc Wylder, Victoria Givens and Vanessa Del Rio, only problem is you can't access any of the programs. Paul of the Paul & Mike show which features the interviews figured he had the problem licked but no such luck apparently. The Del Rio interview which was on air last week ran maybe ten minutes then cut out. And since then it's been solly chalie in an attempt to access the archives.

The programs- in their original airing- are scheduled 9pm throughout the week, but getting those broadcasts has been another problem for the station. Anyway, this is what we got of the Vanessa interview- while it lasted.

Paul made the introduction comparing Vanessa as a legend as opposed to "a tweaker who will let an elephant cum in her mouth." Paul said he still had high school memories of masturbating to her. "I can remember in a motel room- it was one of these rent-by-the hour places." Del Rio asked if he had skipped school and gone to a motel room. Paul said no.

"It was during the evening- two friends of mine, two guys- how gay is this- rented the hotel room. It was Maynard's Motel. I can remember sitting in there watching a movie. I can't remember which one it was, but looking at you. I was 16."

Del Rio wondered if he was "transfixed".

"I was sticky," he replied. Del Rio also wondered if there was a toilet plunger in the bathroom and let it be known that she keeps one of those just in case. "But I don't fart and my shit don't stink."

Soundbites notwithstanding, Paul didn't even think that the accolade "porn star" was fitting in Del Rio's case. "You're like a porn super nova." Del Rio, who refers to herself as "a mature momma" didn't mind if the word got out that her birth date was March 31, 1952. Her industry career began October, 74.

Del Rio's first movie was China Doll. In doing some research on her, Paul said he kept coming up with Reunion as being her first film. "I don't know where they came with that," said Del Rio who did 120 movies in her career including loops. "Back in those days it wasn't about mass production. It was about whenever somebody called you to do a movie. You did one-day wonders and three days was a major production. In between you did loops which took about 45 minutes."

Del Rio said the record for filming a loop from start to finish with all the camera angles was about 43 minutes. "That was it and they'd you see it in a peep show." Paul said he's old enough to remember some of the trauma he experienced from hanging out in those peep shows watching those loops.

"The smell of Clorox!" Del Rio chimed in. Paul said that's where he saw his first bestiality movie. "Now I have boxes of it," he apparently joked. Del Rio said she lost her virginity at 16 to a guy named Hiram. "He was 18. He was also a virgin."

Paul imagined what it must be like to be Hiram, now. Del Rio explained that the deed occurred in her mother's bedroom. And after they had discovered sex, took in a movie. "The first time I saw a porn film was with my de-virginizing boyfriend," she stated. "When you discover it you go buck wild." Asked how she made the transition from a handjob lending innocent of 16 to a "porn super nova," Del Rio explained that she went to Catholic school.

"I'm an Aries so I'm a born rebel," said Del Rio. "It was the nuns. They'd always tell you don't, don't, don't. So you want to know what is it that you don't want me to do." Besides being an only child, Del Rio said she maintained imaginary friends. "It was just me so I kind of raised myself."

Del Rio described her childhood as sheltered. "You can't cage someone cause they want to go crazy. That was basically it. I wasn't allowed to go out so I just rebelled."

Del Rio currently lives in Brooklyn.
