PORT ST. LUCIE — A 21-year-old woman accused of getting naked in front of a 15-year-old boy and later giving him a lap dance last month is facing two charges, according to an arrest report and records released Tuesday.
The victim’s older brother told investigators that Constance F. Lombardozzi, 21, told him she planned to rape the victim. The older brother, who said he’s the victim’s guardian, left his apartment and Lombardozzi, the victim and a third person were there.
“Come on baby, let’s go to the bedroom,” Lombardozzi said, according to the victim.
He ignored her and she went into the bathroom. He thought she was joking, but when he went into the bathroom, she got undressed. He left and Lombardozzi went into his bedroom and got dressed in front of him, saying she’d have sex with him later.
About a week later, Lombardozzi, who has addresses listed in Port St. Lucie and Hawthorne, is accused of giving the victim a lap dance before a third person asked what they were doing.
The victim walked away and Lombardozzi said, “Baby come back.”
Arrested last week, Lombardozzi faces charges including lewd and lascivious exhibition and lewd and lascivious molestation.
