Los Angeles, CA from www.allheadlinenews.com – Reality TV star Tila Tequila is threatening to sue a porn site for streaming a sex tape she claims was stolen from her laptop two years ago.

The 28-year-old former MySpace sensation claims she reported that the footage was taken from her stolen laptop computer two years ago. She does not know why the video, which shows her in a sexual position with a naked man, is surfacing on the website 4tube.com now.

Her lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, told TMZ that a police report has been filed for the stolen machine which contained the said clip. He will be sending a cease-and-desist letter and notice of intent to sue the porn website if it’s not removed.

The news comes just days after her live naked rant online on Ustream. She stripped naked while she ranted about her ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman, calling him a “woman beater.”
