Tori Black has been twittering the fact that she gave AVN, www.avn.com a statement Tuesday afternoon regarding a domestic battery incident at the Hard Rock Hotel involving herself and her fiance.
Black says she was hosting a party at the Sapphire nightclub and was “hanging out” with Alexis Texas and Asa Akira. Black explains that she was having a few drinks. Because she had stopped drinking for awhile her tolerance had gone down.
“Before I realized it, I was getting pretty drunk,” she explains.
“So we got in the limo and headed back to the hotel.”
Instead of heading back to her room like she should have, Black continued drinking at that bar when she bumped into a friend.
“I was way past my limit,” she explains, “and not really thinking about what I was drinking.”
By the time she got back to her room the former AVN Female P:erformer of the Year was near to blacking out.
“I wanted to cuddle with my baby, as usual—that’s the first thing I want to do when I get home—and his dad was worried that I might hurt him by accident because I couldn’t even walk straight, I couldn’t think, I was really, really quite drunk.”
Black said she was embarrassed knowing how drunk she was.
“I thought he was going to take the baby away from me for good, just because, you know when you’re drunk, you just don’t think straight. So I kind of went a little berzerk and tried to get the baby, and everything he did was just to restrain me.”
With Black screaming that she wanted her kid, the police were called. Black says the TMZ report about her fiance Lyndell Anderson [pictured] using excessive force wasn’t true.
“The most important thing to me is my family, and I made a very big mistake, and to them I apologize, Black says.
Black also offered apologies to the companies she let down regarding the engagements she missed.
“It was a mistake that I made.”
Black makes it clear that she wasn’t abused in any way.
“I just wanted to go on record and straighten it out and say essentially it was more of me being too drunk. From what I hear from Lyndell, I punched a wall and not his head, so it was blown pretty far out of proportion.”
Black added that she and Anderson do have a court date scheduled as a result of the arrests. She expects no charges to be pressed, as no damage was done to the hotel property, nor were any complaints made of public disturbance.
