When JWOWW reportedly heard about the pictures, she allegedly came to the conclusion that she was under anesthesia at the time, states Digital Spy (via Hollywood Life). If this is true, then JWOWW did not consent to the photos Tom Lippolis has in his possession.

Currently, she is involved in a legal battle with him to prevent the release of the pictures. Lippolis has previously commented that JWOWW agreed to have the photos taken.
