TAMPA, Fla. — In an interview with XBiz.com, director Dirty D aka Michael Storm re-affirms Kelsey Cummings as the female performer in question involved in the police arrest of Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz.

D, in an email sent out December of 2008, first identified Cummings when the story was making its initial rounds.

In a new story appearing on www.tampabay.com today, Chastain, 36 and Holtz, 24, were reported as being arrested and charged with two counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

They were later released on $20,000 bail. According to a Florida Department of Law Enforcement warrant, Chastain and Holtz were present at a house in Tampa when Cummings, supposedly 17, was filmed in two porn videos – one at the house and the other at Fantasy Land Adult Video, an adult theatre. Cummings was paid $500 for the shoots.

According to the warrant, Chastain and Storm were present when Holtz asked Cummings if she had her fake identification. The website story goes on to report that Storm allegedly gave Cummings a release form to sign and said he knew she was only 17.

Dirty D disputes the accuracy of the claim that Cummings was underage at the time and tells XBiz that Cummings, who allegedly used fake IDs, performed in numerous porn shoots with various adult producers before and after his “gloryhole” shoot.

Dirty D, who claims Cummings presented a valid Florida driver’s license at the time of the shoot in question, goes on to say that Cummings also operates a blog that details her interest in working in porn and is married to a performer who has shot gay porn.

Dirty D, who currently is out of the country after visiting the Barcelona Summit adult convention, said that he expects to be arrested and charged upon returning to the U.S

State records list Chastain as chief executive of the Lone Knight Productions Inc., which he registered in Florida in 2005.

According to the XBiz story, Dirty D has denied the allegations by Cummings, saying that her statements are “completely false and inflammatory.”

XBiz reports that police were tipped to the case when they received a mailed letter that included copies of Cummings in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com, a site operated by Dirty D.

In December, 2008, Dirty D wrote the following:

Hi Gang, This is Dirty D owner of www.GloryHoleGirlz.com plus many other adult websites and a few DVD series. Clearly someone has an agenda to harm my business specifically and perhaps the adult industry in general. Much of this is now a legal matter and that limits my public comments. So this will be my only reply.

What I can say is this:

I have been a successful businessman and have shot porn for a very long time. Getting a model release and ID is something that we ALWAYS do without fail.

We have shot many hundreds of scenes and have nothing to hide. My real name and address are no secret, they are available on the 2257 information on EVERY single site and DVD.

This situation was first brought to our attention from an anonymous post on Craigslist.

We immediately verified our releases/IDs and made copies. A valid Florida Drivers License was indeed provided to us and the model was over 18 years old. The information on the signed release matches the Florida Drivers License.

We have made the copies available to local law enforcement in case there has been an identity theft and will be happy to cooperate with any state or federal officials as well.

The crimes that the talent has allegedly committed and admitted to in public is astounding and disturbing. I am not able to go into the details but make sure to read the mix of lies, accusations and allegations that have been made very carefully, to see exactly who has caused this situation.

At least three people, the girl in question, her husband (my crew shot him in a gay gloryhole scene) and suitcase pimp have all worked for over a year to find them work with various adult producers in the area. She has definitely shot in Florida with various producers and may have worked in other areas as well. She has a blog that details her interest in working in adult and her work with various producers.

A search for “Kelsey Cummings” will show that she has shot for several producers, appearing on websites and DVDs. This vindictive attack has only been made against me and my company.

We urge all other producers to check their records to see if this individual has approached you or has performed for you.

We take our business very seriously. The content in question was removed immediately, pending a full investigation to these claims. Any online ad tools and hosted galleries for our affiliates have been replaced, so there is no need to change any existing links.
