Mike South just gave a big FU this week to both Stormy Daniels and Nina Mercedez for pimping ICM registry. And rightly so. But the ironic fact remains that “MikeSouth.XXX” is pretty much doing the same thing.

Back story: South gleefully pointed out this week that ICM Registry just sold the XBiz name to a third party.

“Remember how Stuart Lawley [pictured] was blowing smoke out his ass about how .xxx domains would be protected from obvious cyber squatting? Xbiz even helped Lawley bring .XXX to reality and they accepted his ads,” accuses South. XBiz begged to differ with him.

South might have missed the fact that ICM Registry has been doing this all along and just sold a University of Hawaii .XXX domain to a cybersquatting third party porn site www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=52949

Well lo and behold if you type in www.mikesouth.xxx it re-directs you to a page to help you out with .XXX domain names and registration issues. [www.icm.xxx/performers/]

Now how does something like that happen? But South ain’t alone. Type in www.JennaJameson.xxx and the same thing happens. Type in www.VanessaBlue.xxx, again same results. www.BiBiJones.xxx, ooops, there ya go.

I’d say ICM is in dangerous waters with potential trademark name violations and the fact that Manwin and Digital Playground already have an active lawsuit with ICM doesn’t make the Jones issue go down very well.
