Max Hardcore will be released from the La Tuna Federal Prison in Anthony, NM, at 9:00AM on Friday, January 21st. His brother, Peter; his go-to guy, Big Paul; and Layla Rivera will meet him there and accompany him back to LA.

Max won’t be throwing a party right away, however, as he will have to spend a few weeks in a halfway house, and then will be allowed to return home to live under a form of home confinement, which will get progressively less restrictive as the final few months of his sentence wind down. He should be a fully free man again in July.

Max also says he’s feeling great, and is looking forward to a positive and productive future.

He adds, “One thing for sure is that I’m not going to be putting out the same type of material that put me behind bars, regardless if I believe I should have the right to do so.”
