Shannon Price, wife of actor Gary Coleman, was arrested on Wednesday night for domestic violence and disorderly conduct in Santaquin, Utah. Price was booked for two misdemeanors and released on $1,205 bond.

Incident Details

Police in Santaquin, Utah, responded to the couple's home after Price reportedly locked Coleman out of the house. According to police, Price allegedly broke household items belonging to Gary Coleman. A police report indicated that Coleman's bedroom was "destroyed," with toppled furniture, scattered DVDs, and strewn clothes.

Upon the arrival of law enforcement, Price reportedly greeted officers in her Utah driveway with a profane tirade. She was heard shouting, "F— you and f— him!" before her arrest. Price also reportedly yelled at Coleman, stating, "You deserve this after how you treated me!"

Coleman, 41, was not physically harmed during the incident. Price, 23, spent two hours in a county lockup before her release on bond. She was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence and disorderly conduct.

Previous Marital Issues and Legal Troubles

The arrest marks the latest in a series of marital issues for the couple. Gary Coleman and Shannon Price met on the set of the comedy film "Church Ball" and married in August 2007. The couple reconciled in 2008 after an appearance on the syndicated "Divorce Court." During this appearance, Price described Coleman as distant and depressed.

In a 2008 appearance on "Divorce Court," which was for public paid therapy rather than to initiate a divorce, Price admitted that she had not had sex with Coleman six months after their 2006 wedding. She also stated that they regularly went for a week or more without speaking. Price detailed an incident where Coleman threw a printer across the room due to difficulty with a fax machine. She also claimed that Coleman regularly loses his temper and "throws… temper tantrum[s] like a five-year-old."

Cops have been called to the couple's home over 21 times. Gary Coleman has also faced his own legal problems. He pleaded no contest in 2008 to charges that he rammed a fan with his truck outside a bowling alley.

Coleman's Recent Arrest

In a separate incident, Gary Coleman was arrested on January 25, 2010, for domestic violence in Santaquin, Utah. He was taken in for "one count of domestic assault" and for a prior arrest warrant. Coleman was held on $1,725 bail. Police would not identify the victim in this incident.

This arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred in 2009. Coleman was arrested on a warrant due to a no-show at his court date. This occurred less than a month after Coleman was hospitalized for a seizure.

Coleman was also previously in the news regarding new footage on the DVD for the film "Midgets vs. Mascots." He was reportedly about to protest footage on the DVD that showed him fully nude, which he later claimed was not him but an "ugly, and unattractive, and does not make me look good" body double.
