RICHMOND – Senators voted Tuesday to make naughty videos a no-no for motorists.
The Senate unanimously approved a measure, SB925, that would prohibit the display of obscene movies or videos in an automobile if the images could be seen by someone outside of the vehicle.
A driver convicted of the offense could be fined as much as $250.
Before becoming law, the proposal must pass the House of Delegates and be signed by Gov. Mark R. Warner.
