Porn Valley- — Manwin announced Tuesday that it acquired YouPorn.com, one of the top-ranking adult tube sites.

According to www.Xbiz.com, Montreal-based Manwin, which owns Brazzers among many other brands in adult entertainment, also said it purchased YouPornGay.com and YouPornCocks.com in the deal with Curacao-based Midstream Media International N.V., which was finalized last Thursday.

A purchase price was not disclosed

Fabian Thylmann, Manwin’s managing partner, calls it a complimentary acquisition to their network of sites and that YouPorn is a pionbeer site that has a strong and loyal following.

Manwin officials said YouPorn will continue to operate with its content partner program.

YouPorn recently was involved in claims of history sniffing, a technique that exploits a browser bug revealing places where surfers go. Two class action suits, one in California and another in Quebec, were filed over the allegations.
