In September it was being reported that Fabian Thylmann was under investigation in Germany for tax evasion.

Thylmann told Financial Times Deutschland at the time that there was no validity to the rumors.

Meanwhile, Germany’s Sunday paper “Welt am Sonntag” pursued the investigation of Thylmann who allegedly filed an injunction against them.

In tax cases like these someone had to have ratted Thylmann out. In the US, Michael Weinstein brought charges of illegal campaign contributions against Manwin and Stuart Lawley of the ICM Registry has been in a long standing legal dispute with the company. In fact, the rancor against Manwin spreads itself evenly around the adult industry.
