First of all the legal issue had nothing to do with the website, it had to do with Summer trying to slander my name on these boards, the website is a totally different issue! Which means you’re the one bring up the old issue!
Second the whole legal deal is a bunch of bullshit, it is time to state the truth here. I was never severed shit by your “legal council”. I hate to tell you , but sending me an email stating this serves as a cease and desist order and then at the bottom of the email typing CC and your lawyers name is not a legal document, and once again it has nothing to do with the website.

How can you get a summery judgment of something that was never being handled by any legal council? What were you doing suing me for because you didn’t pay for the site? You people really live in some strange fantasy world.
The website was finished a long time ago, there were updates you wanted that I did not do, of course, why should I make changes and updates for you when you still haven’t paid for the site?? What are you stupid? If you had a problem with the site then you would have told me, you just removed my copyright, which is a whole legal mater in itself and cut all communication with me. This is a simple situation, you have a site, I built it, you did not pay for it, you can not have it running, it is called STEALING!!! If you do not like it or you were not satisfied with it, then you need to take it down, or you are STEALING!!

If you don’t like the site or you know these “KIDS” in England who do sites better, then take mine down and go pay for one! Take the damn site down then. I could care less about the money, but there is no way I will allow you to keep the site running and not pay for it, just keep that in mind!!
If you think you guys are always right then I say we talked with KSEX and see if they will have us all on through the phones and we can debate the whole subject and let’s show everyone who is right here. All you guys do is post up bullshit and then hide behind the post, come out live on the show (If they will allow it) and let’s let the industry judge who they think is right with everything!
