NEW YORK – According to what’s being reported, a New York judge has granted gay adult producer Pitbull Productions a temporary restraining order against Yocko Distributors. Pittbull, who has filed a $5 million lawsuit, claims that Yocko was distributing and selling DVDs stolen from its warehouse.
The New York Supreme Court granted the order against Lenny Yocko, barring the company and Yocko from further selling or distributing the Pitbull titles. According to the suit, Yocko had been selling the titles in the New York area below market value. Marina Pacific is Pittbull’s recognized distrinutor.
Pitbull contacted police and the FBI after it discovered that 3,000 DVDs were stolen from the company’s New York facilities last week. According to authorities, a model who worked for Pitbull is suspected in the theft as well as another model who worked for a company competitor.
One arrest was made in the case but no details were released. Most of the stolen DVDs have been recovered.
