SEATTLE — Seattle strip club owner Frank Colacurcio was convicted of fourth-degree assault for groping a waitress.
The 90-year-old will be sentenced October fourth in Seattle Municipal Court. The prosecutor says he plans to ask the judge to order Colacurcio to stay away for one year from “Rick’s” club, which is operated by his son.
The older Colacurcio already paid a $1,000 fine and spent 90 days under home monitoring after his first conviction in the case. It was overturned on appeal.
The waitress says Colacurcio pinched her breasts three years ago after she rebuffed his advances.
Colacurcio and Frank Colacurcio Junior are scheduled for another trial in March in the so-called “strippergate” scandal. They are accused of concealing campaign donations in 2003 to city council members.
