COLUMBIA, S.C. from www.wpix.com – A deputy assistant attorney – who claimed he was on a break when a cop caught him with a stripper and sex toys in his vehicle – has been fired.
Roland Corning, 66, was given the boot from the state’s prosecutor’s office after authorities spotted him in a cemetery with an 18-year-old woman who claimed to work at a strip club.
Corning apparently tried to flee the scene when an officer noticed the pair in the car. Officers said he and the teenager gave conflicting reports about what they were doing in the cemetery.
During a search of the vehicle, authorities found Viagra pills and several sex toys, items Corning said he always kept handy, “just in case,” according to the police report.
Corning identified himself as an assistant attorney general and was not arrested. According to authorities, he was later released because no crime was witnessed.
In addition, the 18-year-old girl was not arrested.
