Dope of the Week? Man Complains to Cops That Woman Didn’t Give Him Sex After Paying Her $150

MARLBOROUGH, N.H.— from www.bostonherald.com – Police say a man and woman from New Hampshire are each facing prostitution charges after the man called police to say he’d paid for sex, but the woman then refused.

Police say Robert Smith called Marlborough Police on Monday to say he’d paid Jeanna Mercure [pictured] and a third party $150 to have sex with him on Sunday, but she wouldn’t follow through.

Mercure is scheduled to be arraigned May 24, and Smith is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 11.

Police say they’re still investigating the third party.
