The 53-year-old woman has breasts so large that they gained acknowledgement from the Guiness Book of World Records, who bestowed upon her the honor of having the world’s largest natural breasts, a title she’s held since 1999.

Just how large are they you ask? Her bra size is 102ZZZ and each breast weighs in at 85 pounds. That means each of her breasts is heavier than the average 4-year-old child. Eat your heart out, Pamela Anderson!

Stitz, whose real name is Annie Hawkins-Turner, matured at age 10 and said they caused her a lot of grief as a child in the form of teasing and bullying. She told TLC’S Strange Sex that growing up she knew she was different from the other kids when she couldn’t sit in the same size school desks as them.

The taunting may have hurt her when she was young but Stitz has gotten over the embarrassment and has developed a positive perspective on her buxom busom. To say she has fully embraced them would be an understatement as huge as the size of her breasts. She has made a name for herself in the adult film industry and has been in 250 fetish films. She claims she is so popular (and self-proclaims herself a celebrity in other countries) that she has to have protection to guard her from chasing admirers.

Stitz’s massive chest is the result of the condition gigantomastia. Gigantomastia is rare and is “characterized by excessive breast growth that may occur spontaneously, during puberty or pregnancy, or while taking certain medications,” according to the Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center (GARD). Treatment depends on the individual’s symptoms and might include breast reduction.

While she is happy being who she is, Stitz admits her breasts still cause trouble and seem to be unruly at times. She recently appeared on HLN’s Dr. Drew, where she discussed how her over-sized chest has been caught in the zippers of her jeans before and how every time she gets in the driver’s seat of her car, her breasts honk the horn. She also mentioned how difficult it is for her to get a mammogram; it takes 18 films to check her breasts and two hours to complete. “I have burnt out several machines, but I do get mammograms yearly and I’m coming up just perfect,” said Stitz to Dr. Drew.

There are also health risks; while she denied having back pain to Dr. Drew, having abnormally large breasts does put tremendous strain on one’s back and shoulders from carrying the excess weight. She cannot fit a seatbelt over her breasts and she said she risks injuring herself if she moves in a manner that her body does not agree with. “When I have to bend over, if I get up the wrong way I’m going to hurt myself,” Stitz said, according to the Huffington Post. She also said she often experiences numbness in her shoulders from standing too long.
