Porn Valley- Sandy Bunz has moved his Femme Fatale operations from Porn Valley to Dana Point, Ca. I spoke to Bunz over the weekend. Bunz has been having an ongoing legal battle with Wanted List and Anh Tran its co-founder.

I asked Bunz how this was progressing because Anh Tran just recently put out a press release www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=29620 saying he had filed for arbitration against Shahan Ohanessian and Xflix, llc over the asset purchase agreement of Xflix.com.

Wanted List’s lawsuit alleges that the goods and services provided under the agreements were not delivered and that there was intent to defraud WantedList amongs other things.

In their case, Tran, according to Bunz, still owes him $2,000. Bunz has gone to court several times over this matter and has another court date scheduled September 19 in Van Nuys.

“He still hasn’t paid me,” says Bunz. “What happened was he lost in small claims court and appealed it. I had to present it in superior court. The judge made his decision right there. The judge told Anh Tran he owes me the money. Then Ahn Tran motioned to the court that he wanted to be clarified on the opinion of the appeal. That was denied.

“So now this collection guy from Guardian Collection- he’s had Ahn Tran served. We have him served for an asset hearing. Ahn Tran’s going to have to show up and answer to the court what his assets are. If he doesn’t want to comply, the court issues a warrant for his arrest.”
