Kentucky- A man accused of fondling the feet of a woman whom he abducted and forced to pose for photos in her underwear and stockings faces several charges.
Martin Jackson, 39, is charged with kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, theft and tampering with physical evidence. He was in the Jefferson County jail pending arraignment this morning.
Jackson is not charged with sexual assault, and he did not touch the woman above the knees, said Louisville Metro Police Capt. Donald Burbrink.
Jackson is accused of picking up a woman and her girlfriend in a cab, for which he does not have a license, when the women were leaving 4th Street Live on Saturday night. After dropping one woman off at her home, Jackson allegedly took the other woman, in her early 20s, to his home in the Mallard Crossing apartment complex in St. Matthews, Burbrink said.
The woman, whose name was not released, told police that Jackson tied her up and blindfolded her, and put Pine-Sol on a cloth and held it over her face. It made her sick but did not knock her out.
She told police that Jackson had seen her feet in the cab and told her that they should be photographed. Jackson also allegedly kissed and fondled her feet.
Burbrink said the woman was reported missing Saturday by her family after she failed to meet her boyfriend.
She was found after she managed to escape and call from a cell phone she borrowed, Burbrink said.
Police officers found hundreds of pairs of unopened stockings in the apartment, Burbrink said, along with digital cameras with photos of other women in similar poses. The focus of all the photos was on the feet. Police also found business cards advertising Jackson as a talent agent.
Jackson has previously been cited for operating a cab without a license, known as a gypsy cab.
Jackson was picked up Sunday afternoon and charged early yesterday, Burbrink said.
