Tuesday night, Chef Jeff had an interesting recap, along with personal commentary, of the KSEX Second Annual Listeners Choice Awards at Sardos last weekend. Jeff started off his comments with addressing the award Cytherea won for participating in the show- one that was acknowledged the best show of the year- the squirting challenge.
Jeff described it as a shocking show, an entertaining show. “We had a roomful of reporters-very memorable.” Noting that each winner received a caricature of themselves, Jeff said he had to add two beauty marks to his. “I dotted those in there. Now it looks more accurate. When the pictures were done there were no beauty marks. They make me beautiful. I’m a beautiful man.” Co-ho Lisa Sparxxx said she didn’t realize how stupid Jeff truly looked in that picture. Jeff who obviously fell in love with a mirror at a very early age was not of the same opinion.
Jeff described Layla Jade as a wonderful host who did a great job. “Wankus kind of put it all together- he did all the audio bits. It was really great.” Describing Sardos as “a hole in the wall” because of its size, Jeff said, nevertheless, it was a nice dinner and the food was great. You had a choice of chicken or steak. Sparxxx particularly liked the way the chicken was done. “We spent the first hour and a half, two hours, people settling in, talking, having conversation.” As he did at the squirting challenge, Dahmer also sang the National Anthem, according to Jeff. “He had a little bit of help this time which was great because he certainly needs it.” Brief moments of silence were also observed both for Mike Rick, the founder of KSEX radio, and Keri Windsor’s father who passed away last week.
Jeff also noted that Catalina and Max Hardcore were among the attendees. “I want to do Catalina,” he said. “She pissed on my balls.” Sparxxx suggested that Catalina might also piss in Jeff’s mouth if he asked. Jeff said he wasn’t asking. Sparxxx made the comment that Max and Catalina were so cute together. “I beg to differ,” Jeff remarked. Sparxxx differed in her opinion stating that you had to see it from her perspective. “They were being real people. It wasn’t like they were being Max and Catalina.” Jeff said one of the other stories coming out of the event concerned Kevin Moore of stunningcurves.com.
“He was supposed to be there covering the show for AVN magazine.” Jeff said he had a subsequent conversation with Moore about what happened. “The show was twenty dollars which included dinner and a drink. And Kevin got to the door. His name was not on any special list as media but basically everybody had to pay to get in because they feel the show costs money to put on and twenty bucks is not a lot to ask for. He did not want to pay. Not because he was cheap, but he said he wasn’t going to eat; he wasn’t going to drink. He was there to work and write about the show and take pictures. That’s it.” Jeff said it was his opinion that media should have been let in to a special section where they could cover the event.
“If I were him (Moore), I wouldn’t have done that,” said Jeff. “I would have paid the twenty bucks if I had a story to write. What’s twenty bucks? Drop twenty bucks.” On the other hand, Jeff noted that Porno Steve Seidman behaved similarly at adultcon by refusing to pay $25 to get into the event. “I think a lot of people in the industry expect to get into places for free,” said Jeff. “They expect people to know who they are. But that’s not always the case, and you shouldn’t be a cheap bastard if something costs a little money and they just have these rules and are being strict. Drop twenty bucks, Kevin.”
Among the winners, Jeff noted that for Favorite Amateur porn star, his now official ex-wife, nakednicole.com came in fifth place. “I think that’s amazing because we haven’t worked on that website – for quite awhile.” The winner was kaylacam.com “And deservedly so,” added Jeff. “She’s got big tits.” Sparxxx said as if that was all the reason in the wporld for voting for Kayla. Jeff alos noted how Ginger Lynn’s “old timer” fans were out in force, voting her the winner in the Favorite KSEXradio Host Having Sex On Film category. “They’re voting for the old lady of porn but I would do her. She’s got a hot body.”
The favorite KSEX host giving a hummer on film was Gauge, according to Jeff. “She didn’t even know what a hummer was. Who doesn’t know what a hummer is?” Jeff also acknowledged Lorrainiac who, for the second year in a row, won best KSEX porn jockey. “She’s got her fans.”
Commenting on the Mike Rick memorial award, Jeff said the award was designated for someone in the industry who has contributed to the adult industry immensely and is an innovator. “I don’t think anyone could disagree with Gene Ross. I’ve been reading his stuff as long as I’ve been in the adult industry and definitely he deserves some sort of credit for something.” Sparxx thought that remark rather amusing. In the category of who the fans would like to see hosting a show on KSEX, Carmen Luvana won, according to Jeff. “More than 45% of the fans wrote in the name Carmen Luvana.” While Jeff said that might happen, it’s his opinion that she wouldn’t make a very good radio host. “She can barely speak English as it is. That’s why they don’t have her talking in her movies.”
Calling to Jeff from off camera, KSEX owner Chris Rick suggested that Jeff might want to keep his mouth shut on the subject just as a precaution. Jeff then suggested reaching out to the Spanish audience with him and Luvana co-hosting. “We could do a Spanish-speaking show. She could say I poppy and I can say I mommy back and forth.” Sparxxx suggested that Jeff stop talking, that he was giving her a headache. Jeff said the LCA’s were a huge success.
As a postscript, Jeff talked about the handjob Taylor Rain was giving Scott Fayner at the LCA. “They were sitting together. I guess they’re engaged or something. She was giving him a handjob underneath the tablecloth and I tried to videotape it. I had my camera going. I wielded it in their direction and held it down low. But I think they noticed me. But I also heard that she was giving him a hummer at the awards.”
