Porn Valley- Katie Morgan was scheduled to have had a court date this morning. “In a citizen’s arrest type situation,” explained Wankus on KSEX, www.ksexradio.com, Wednesday night.

“Katie Morgan putting a homeless man under citizen’s arrest.” As Morgan explained it, the homeless guy grabbed one of Dick Nasty’s girls at a 7- Eleven. With the guy grabbing the girl’s body parts, it was a clear cut case of sexual harassment, according to Wankus. “You told him to go away and he wouldn’t. He was grabbing her titties and ass and everything else. And Katie said don’t go anywhere- you’re under citizens arrest! We all laughed at her. The cops showed up and the cops said, wow, good thing you did that because we now have something to charge him with. Citizens arrest really does work.”

Morgan said there were subpoenas and she was a witness in the case, explaining that if she didn’t go, she’d be put in jail. Not only was Morgan scheduled to testify but another girl- Paige- had to come into town specifically for that purpose. According to Morgan, the guy was charged with at least two felonies and a misdemeanor. Morgan said it’s been a time consuming process because the guy won’t plead out and to do so would have him convicted as a sex offender.

“I’m sure he’ll be convicted of something,” said Morgan. “Then he’ll have to register forever.” Morgan said if the guy is convicted and ever does it again he’ll go to jail for a very long time. “For not being registered.”
