Porn Valley- Presto, allakazam . The missing porn tapes have suddenly re-appeared. https://www.adultfyi.com/read.aspx?ID=4490. And God knows the porn world couldn’t do without the likes of Raunchy Rookies or Toilet Bowl Bitches.
Michael Davis relays the fact that he and former partner Rob Spallone will attempt to work out a resolution that had virtually rendered their company Lowdown Productions an Internet minefield loaded with verbal shrapnel and a missing tape called Toilet Bowl Bitches among four movies. On Sunday Davis and Spallone were calling one another every name under the sun. Referring to all of that business now as “leveraging,” Davis, today, sees a rainbow in the storm clouds of manure hovering over their warehouse on Winnetka.
“We’re going to try to work out a resolution where all parties shake hands, be happy and remain on friendly terms with the Rob Spallone, Mike Davis and Guenther situation,” Davis said. “I think there’s a deal being framed where everyone can be happy and walk away from the situation. I’m all for that. We all want to move forward. I think all parties are pretty much there where everyone can be happy.”
According to Davis, Guenther, the German investor wants to pay [$15,000] for the tapes out of his own private fund. “If he wants to do that and it’s agreeable to Rob, why should I step in the way of anything,” Davis says. “Whether that’s morally right or wrong, this or that, I’m not going to get in the middle of it.” I asked Davis if the Internet axe fight was actually what prompted everyone to the negotiations table.
“Maybe,” he said. “Or the fact that Guenther just said I don’t want any trouble. I won’t use company funds. And I’m not going to tell you, Michael, to use your money. I’ll use my money. I don’t care.” Davis said if that’s the case and his partner wants to dip into his own product, he’s fine with it. “I’m not going to be the morality police. I have my own personal thoughts and ethics and principles. But, hey, the parties are happy and that’s the way it goes.”
Davis says, yeah, you can pretty much look at this as a buy out. “Even though the finality, the terms haven’t been specifically discussed,” he says. “He [Guenther] steped up to the plate and said I will personally use my own funds. It would be considered a buy out.”
I asked Davis if this left him and Guenther looking for another partner. “That has not even been discussed, either,” says Davis. “Guenther wants to sign for the warehouse and put his name personally on the lease and relieve Rob from any liabilities of the warehouse. And he wants to give $15,000 for the tapes. That would be considered a buy out of Rob’s shares.” Davis wanted to make it clear that none of the money was coming from him.
Yesterday Spallone was reporting that the tapes had been stolen. All of a sudden they magically re-appeared with the sense of a deal on the table. I asked Davis about that. “I guess when Guenther stepped up and said he will buy the tapes, I guess all the circumstances around that really don’t matter,” Davis said. “I guess that mitigates all the rest of the situation.” Davis said he didn’t know anything about stolen tapes and was just trying to make something happen. “If you ask me would I have paid personally with my funds? I would have dealt with it a different way.”
Because it was reported on www.lukeisback.com, I asked Davis if he actually waffled Pebbles, a porn star who was working for Spallone. Spallone’s comment to that was Davis had “anger issues.” But Davis denies ever landing a hand on the girl. “I never touched any person at all,” says Davis. “It was a girl that was working for Rob. She was on the Lowdown company phone and I made an inquiry as to whom she was talking to. She’s making long distance calls. She says to me, fuck you, motherfucker. I took the phone, hung it up and threw her backpack out of the office. I was never in the room alone with her.”
