Everyone who follows the celebrity gossip columns knows this isn’t one lawyer you screw around with.

from www.nydailynews.com – A website promising a Tiger Woods sex tape has surfaced, marking some virgin territory in the fallen golf legend’s cheating scandal.

The site, www.tigertapexxx.com, features a cheeky photo of self-proclaimed Tiger mistress Devon James and says it will accept pre-orders for the alleged tape starting Oct. 15.

A man identifying himself as James’ husband, Nick James, 36, claimed the 62-minute video clearly shows Woods in 37 minutes worth of compromising positions in a Tampa condo two years ago.

“You can see him clearly,” the husband told the Daily News on Wednesday. “He’s pretty dirty.”

Nick James said he owns the copyright since the purported sexcapades were filmed on his equipment. He said he sold it last week to the unnamed production company behind the website. “The release date is Nov. 15, unless Tiger’s attorneys give us push back,” he said. “But we haven’t seen or heard from them. And what are they going to do, come shoot me?”

A call to Woods’ lawyers at image-protecting legal firm Lavely & Singer wasn’t immediately returned.

In December, the firm got a London court to ban U.K. distribution of allegedly nude photos or videos of the links legend.
