Porn Valley- Round 57- or at least it seems like round 57- continued today in the ongoing Sandy Bunz, Dino Bravo court drama.

Bravo, who used to work for Bunz, has been trying to collect back commissions from Bunz. Bravo originally won a judgment, appealed that figure as too low, won a better judgment. Now Bunz went and appealed that judgment. And today was the hearing on that appeal. Except Bunz didn’t show up. Bravo called me as soon as court let out. From the sounds of things, Bravo doesn’t have too many options left other than to get the sheriffs involved to collect. “There are no more appeals,” says Dino. “I’ve got to start trying to collect.

“He did not show up at his own appeal,” Bravo continues, offering conjecture that it was some kind of Bunz stall tactic. “He’s trying to buy time because he doesn’t want to pay me the money.” Bravo’s also claiming that he talked to Bunz this morning. “I called him on the phone four times,” explains Bravo. “The reason I did that is so that the number shows up on my cell phone bill so when he goes to the judge, ‘ I didn’t get the notice, I wasn’t notified of the court date’ to try and pull some bullshit scam, the bullshitter that he is, I’m going to say this is my phone bill your honor. I talked to him four times and he hung up on me.”

According to Bravo, he made his first call to Bunz as soon as the judge dismissed the case. “I said Sandy where are you? Don’t think this is a stall tactic and that you’re going to come back and tell the judge I didn’t get the notice. The judge said we have a record that they we mailed it out to him.”

Bravo admits he called Bunz four times between 10:50 and 11:05. “He said I’m in a meeting right now. If he was in a meeting why did he continue to pick up the phone the other three times after I called back? Why didn’t he just let it ring and go to voice mail? He wasn’t in a meeting. He’s a bullshit con artist.”

Bravo is saying this is far from over. “This is the tip of the iceberg. I’m going to be a monkey on his back.”
