Ducati: Skeeter’s Comments are a Smokescreen; He Didn’t Show for Last Month’s Arbitration

Kevin Rubio writes: Skeeter Kerkove has spewed out more smoke than all the fires in California. The main reason a lawsuit was filed in the first place was because he sold Ducati Productions SEVERAL scenes that are owned by Metro Interactive which are out on their DVD’s. Funny how he NEVER talks about that.

I also couldn’t help noticing that he never mentions that he didn’t show up for the arbitration hearing last month. The lawsuit “could have” been settled that day. I wasn’t going to say anything since I have much better things to do, but since he feels the need to keep running his mouth we might as well make it known. See you in court!

PS: Gene, please keep your site up, without you Skeeter has no one to listen to him except for the judge ordering him to pay damages for selling Metro’s movies to other company’s.
