In the past week, PAGE SIX told you about the former Gucci guru's rumored "balding toupee," his imperious behavior during his stint as creative director for Vanity Fair's Hollywood issue and his demand that Estée Lauder executives only wear black socks when they met with him to discuss a makeup line. Now, one of the doyennes of the downtown fashion crowd that once adored him has tired of his antics.
Paper magazine co-founder Kim Hastreiter writes on her blog that the hairy-chested fashion designer, who chose a porn star named Luca to model in a shoot for his new eyewear collection in GQ magazine, has become "more and more obsessed with pornography as time passes." She adds, "Plus, he's starting to overexpose . . . Maybe it's a midlife crisis. He needs to calm down. He's starting to look pretty self-indulgent and even a little foolish."
