Miami- Arrow Productions, www.xxxdeepthroat.com, took the bull by the horns at the recent Exxxotica Miami convention in Florida and one couple even decided to play stink finger on it as a crowd cheered them on.

From the sounds of it, Arrow’s mechanical bull ride may have been the premier highlight during a show that may have been down 10-20% in attendance depending who you talked to. But from the equal sounds of it, Miami knows how to run a more sexually liberated trade show than Vegas.

As I caught up with him, Arrow’s marketing director Robert Interlandi was heading back to Sin City and figures to have put on at least 6,000 miles on this current road trip.

“The show was a success- we had the mechanical bull [touted in The Miami Herald as the nearly nude bull ride competition]and the Corvette,” says Interlandi.

“It was basically our Arrow girls- The Devil in Miss Jones girl and Debbie Does Dallas vs. the Pastie girls from the company that makes the pasties,” says Interlandi.

“We’re calling her Debbie Dallas- she won cash and sex toys from Deja Vu in Miami. Our girl who won is the sales manager for Hi Def Home Entertainment. She rode the longest on the bull and never rode a bull before. We taught her how to ride it and she was pretty happy.

“I’m pretty good at teaching girls new things,” muses Interlandi. “And riding a bull is one of them. And the car was highly photographed- everyone wants to sit on the bumper and pose like Linda Lovelace. I had to put up a sign that said unless you’re naked do not sit on the car. After the second day I was thinking, man, we probably had 2,000 people sit on that car. There was a lot of ass on that car.

“It was a great show- our bullriding competition gets so many people, you can’t even walk on our side of the show floor,” Interlandi goes on to say. “And we also brought our licensed t-shirts and sold out on them by the second day. So that was really good.”

Interlandi agrees that the crowds weren’t as good as in past years but everyone knew how to have a good time.

“Besides the bull and the car, the Pastie people brought a dunk tank- they had girls in pasties and you’d throw balls for a $1 at ’em. So we always had a huge crowd. By teaming up with the Pastie guys we always had something going with our girls emceeing with a bullhorn. It was a good combination.”

The camaraderie between the two companies may have also been responsible for another licensing deal in the works.

“They said they want to license ‘Deep Throat’ pasties so we may have that as well as Debbie Does Dallas pasties and Candystriper pasties,” says Interlandi. “It’ll be a good combination at future shows, Arrow and the Pastie guys, with the dunk tank. Todd at the company is a really cool guy. I met him several shows ago.”

According to Interlandi, Arrow also got some good local press including a piece done on them by a local Cuban TV station.

“We were on the news channels and people on Sunday said they saw the bull on the news and that’s why they came- to get the bull ride.”

I wanted to hear the story about the stink finger couple and Paul Interlandi breaks in to give me the details.

“A couple says do you mind if we have sex on the bull,” Paul relates. “It was 4 o’clock on the last day and I figured what the hell, there’s only another hour left. I said do whatever you want. He pulled her top up and started fingering her on the bull while we were rocking them. They were kissing and getting crazy on it. It drew a huge crowd. I figured, what the hell. We were at a porn convention.”
