from www.ktla.com – A 35-year-old female special education teacher’s aide was arrested for having sex with a 13-year-old boy at a middle school in Palmdale.

Holly Polson was booked on suspicion of four felony counts of lewd acts with a child.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies, once Polson was taken into custody and questioned, she confessed to having sexual intercourse with the student in an empty classroom at Shadow Hills Intermediate School.

Detectives say the 13-year-old victim also told them that during the past two weeks, he had had sex with the teacher’s helper at the school.

A relative allegedly discovered text messages from Polson on the boy’s cellphone and contacted police.

Polson’s bail has been set at $100,000 bail.
