Florida- from www.news-press.com – Scott Janke’s marriage to a porn star cost him his job as Fort Myers Beach town manager.

His participation in an X-rated DVD with estranged wife Anabela Mota, aka Jazella Moore, cost him a chance to be Flagler Beach city manager.

“I was certainly in contention for the job before this crap came out,” said Janke, 56. “I was dumbfounded. Of course, this (DVD) is going to blow my chance.”

Janke, fired by Fort Myers Beach in July 2009, was more than in contention.

He was the front-runner.

Two commissioners voted him as top choice and two others listed him as the runner-up.

“They were aware of what happened to me in Fort Myers Beach and it wasn’t an issue,” Janke said.

Janke says he and wife Mota, 44, separated eight months ago.

He doesn’t know how the DVD – titled “The Councilman’s Wife” – acquired footage of their sexual exploits.

“I’m really pissed off about it,” he said. “Like many couples, we played around with our video camera when first married.

“It keeps the fires burning. Nothing wrong with it.”

Could the release of the sexy home movies be related to the breakup?

“That could be part of it,” Janke said. “But Anabela was as shocked as I was.”

Yet Moore doesn’t hesitate to plug the salacious DVD on her blog.

According to a review by Adult Video News, which gave the performers a four-star rating, the footage was swiped from the couple.

“This DVD has actual stolen home footage of the Councilman (town manager) himself!” it boasts. “As well as home video of him and Jazella as they make ‘law’ in Fort Myers.”

Janke’s adult star debut comes in the film’s finale, says reviewer Mark Kernes, who describes several acrobatic sexual positions.

Janke says he was embarrassed and didn’t sound impressed with his four-star sexual prowess.
