Jack Spade left a message for me to call him back tonight, saying something that the plot was thickening, that he got a phone call from Dick Delaware saying that he now works with Celestial Productions, www.pornstarperformance.com, and that Spade needs not to say anything negative about the company. “Anyway, he said he’s going to hunt me down and kick my ass,” said Spade. “I simply told him that he can talk to my attorney and take it from there.” That was the gist of Spade’s message when I got back to him.

Spade said he got both a text message and a voice mail. “This was after I hung up on him [Delaware] initially,” said Spade. “He was pretty fired up, like where are you right now? What hotel are you staying in? Like he was ready to come.

“I don’t play around with that stuff any more,” Spade continues. “I used to have my run-ins, what have you. It’s not worth it. I just turn it over to my partner who’s an attorney. That’s why he’s my partner. I don’t want to deal with any legal problems.” Spade said he didn’t recognize the number at first. “So I didn’t answer and I checked the messages: but it was Delaware saying we need to talk. We have some business. This is my number. I need you to call me right back, right now. We need to have this thing taken care of.” Spade said he kind of had an idea where Delaware was coming from. “I called him back because he and I had always been cool. I was surprised. I called him up and he said where are you at? I’m like I’m staying at a hotel. He says I need to come see you right now because you’re causing problems for Celestial Productions and I work for them now. This is not cool. I’m going to show you how serious I am.” That’s when Spade said abruptly that he’d have his attorney give Delaware a call.

“I have this thing about hanging up on people,” said Spade. “I don’t have the time or patience.” Spade explained that his attorney is partner in the Vixen Modeling agency. “He’s taking care of all my incorporations. The arrangement is he’s basically a 25% owner and handles all legal matters.” For his part, Spade says he’s going to be getting a house at the end of the month. “I’m getting rid of my apartment in Miami. I’m going to try to get things up and running here. And things are looking good aside from the minor drama. I’ll be here then go down to Miami to get things together down there- they could use some help down there.” Spade says he also has a 12 year-old son in Florida and his ultimate goal is to be able to spend more time with him. “That’s the plan.”

Because Celestial Productions got dragged into this, I called Stoney Curtis whose Chlamydia post earlier this week involving Spade on www.pornstarperformance.com certainly struck a match. Spade then responded making comments that obviously pissed Delaware off.

Curtis is basically saying this is a matter between Delaware and Spade, but that Delaware has worked for Curtis a long time. “He’s one of our talent.” Curtis is also saying this matter has nothing to do with him. Curtis said it’s his understanding that Delaware has heard stories about Spade’s alleged reputation with women and isn’t happy about that either.

“And then he was like, what’s this bullshit that this guy is saying that you would let me work [with girls with Chlamydia]? I’m talent. You would never do that to me. I know you better than that, that you would put me with a girl who’s not tested. Why is this guy saying all this shit about you? And he’s very protective of people that hire him. He doesn’t want somebody bad-mouthing my company. What can I do?”

Curtis was also of the opinion that you might want to give someone with Delaware’s fighting credentials the time of day and not necessarily hang up on them.
