Porn Valley- Sardos drama meister Kevin Rubio is back in the news. This time performer/agency owner Sindy Lange claims Rubio is conducting a smear campaign against her.

After what the industry has just gone through with the HIV outbreak I am appaled and outraged that former Direct Model and wannabe agent, Sindy Lange would bring in a brand new girl from Nebraska and start her working UNTESTED! Well…, she was tested friday but had no results returned while Sindy worked her all weekend.
It is shocking that not only would Sindy put this new, very shy, and somewhat scared girl to work without a valid test, but that there are several companies/people/whoever that would shoot her and male talent that would work with her. And why you ask? Isnt it always about money?
If these kind of things continue we are going to really screw ourselves. Kriistal”
Gene sez: I spoke to Sindy Lange and she’s pretty certain this communique is the handiwork of Kevin Rubio. Naturally I asked her why Rubio would want to do something like this.
Lange tells me Rubio wanted to shoot one of her models. “He wanted to do some bullshit paid audition which I wasn’t going to let him do without a test or anything,” Lange, who has history with Rubio, tells me. “He said he wanted to see how she performs. I kind of lied to him and said well, she’s already shot boy-girl scenes. She doesn’t need to. Also, she wasn’t tested and that’s another reason why I wouldn’t let him shoot her.” Lange said he wouldn’t let Rubio book the girl, believing that he wanted to “scam” and shoot a scene where he got two pop shots and only pay for one scene.
“I said there’s no way in hell,” Lange continues. “I’m not going to let her do a paid audition. That’s illegal. And she’s not tested. That was the last conversation I had with him last night and he was pissed off at me: ‘You’re just burning bridges. I’m going to tell Peter North. I’m doing this, I’m doing that.’ ”
Hence, Lange’s positive that the e-mail campaign is a smear. “I know it is. This is to trash me as an agent because I’m a new agent. He thinks that because I’m a new agent and new talent he can take advantage of me. And I wouldn’t let him. I flat out told him that he was trying to fuck me and I wasn’t going to let it happen. Then he goes you’re burning bridges! You’re not going to get any work. You need to take work while it’s here!”
Lange tells me she’s from Nebraska. “When we come to town on our first day to get our tests, if I can get any solo shoots or any magazine shoots, while I’m waiting for the tests, I’ll do that. If not, I’ll just sit in the hotel room.” As far as her girl is concerned, Lange tells me she got tested Saturday. “But I lied to him [Rubio] Sunday,” Lange said. “I told him she couldn’t shoot, that she was tired and he didn’t need to do some audition because she performs fine.”
Also to discourage Rubio, Lange claims she told him the girl’s test wasn’t current. But the thing that continually galls Lange is that Rubio wanted to two two pop shots, according to her. “I said well, if you’re going to do that, you shoot the scene where you do the first pop on her chest. And if you want to, you can stand around, jerk off and do the second pop in her face. That’s fine. But you’re not going to do a pop then do another pop. That’s two scenes. You’re not going to get that over on me. He was pissed off and said you’re not a good agent. You need to take money when it’s here, and you’re losing money for her; you’re losing money for you. And I’m telling Peter North. I said good tell Peter North because I’m friends with Peter North. Peter North knows I got my shit straight and my head on my shoulders. And I’m not going to let anyone fuck me over. Especially somebody as low end as Ducati Productions. That was the end of the conversation and he hung up.”
It’s also Lange’s opinion that a “paid audition” is illegal. “That’s like prostitution. I wasn’t going to do that and he was extremely upset with me.”
Lange claims that Rubio had taken advantage of her in the past. “He told me he wanted to set up a website, blah-blah-blah. I let him set up a web page and we shot a boy-girl. I didn’t get paid for it because I thought we were going to content-trade. So he already fucked me one time and I wasn’t going to let him to it again. I stood up for myself very stern last night. I told him I wanted a copy of the scene we shot so I could put that on my website. He said. He goes, I thought I gave you a copy. No, you know damn well that you didn’t. I said have you even edited it yet. He was, like, no. “So he pretty much tricked me out of the scene,” Lange goes on to say. “And then I heard him bragging to somebody else about how he got 60 scenes free doing that. That’s almost $60,000 worth of scenes he’s gotten from these poor girls telling them he’s going to start a web site. You take a look at the website he’s set up for me, sindylange.net and sexysindy.com. They’re just a cover page that says coming soon. That’s what he does. He’s got pages of IP addresses on girls and has nothing but a cover page.”
Lange says she got in town Saturday and since Rubio’s the only person she communicated with, she’s got the list of suspects narrowed. “He was very upset with me.”
Lange says she doesn’t cross into gray areas but neither does she let anyone take advantage of her, either. “Right now as a brand new girl in the industry, I’m not going to throw a girl out there and think that’s the way it works. If she wants to do it later on her own that’s her business.”
Lange, herself, has been in the industry only since April but says she checked the industry out over four years before making her decision to get involved with it. “I’m a performer and an agent.”
Lange said she started her agency, Chameleon Models, maybe two weeks ago. “I’ve run two girls out here. One girl flopped on me and this other one is doing really well.” Because she’s from Nebraska, it’s been Lange’s experience that a lot of girls from there want to do nude modeling. “But they have no outlet out there. There’s no porn companies, no agencies, no nothing. I came out here, shot it and I like it,” says Lange who’s first experience was with companies like New Sensations and Adam & Eve.
“Top quality company-stuff. I didn’t get fucked over in the very beginning. So I know what to look out for, what red flags and if someone’s trying to fuck you over.” Asked if there were other girls like her in the Midwest, Lange would tell people, yes, as a matter of fact. “There’s a few of them.” Lange said she went back home and told people about what she was doing. “Now my goal is to recruit girls from the Midwest only.”
Prior to getting into porn, Lange was a teacher with a husband who was a preacher.
“I have a two year-old son from the preacher,” she notes. Lange describes herself as being very down-to-earth with a degree in early childhood education and background in hotel management. “I love sex and decided this is something I want to do. I was a tomboy all my life and wasn’t much to look at. By the time I turned 22 then people started looking my direction.”
In her conversation with Rubio, Rubio asked her what she’d tell people she thought of him. “Honestly, I’m telling them you’re about 5’6″ and a fuckin’ weasel and to watch out for you,” Lange says she told him. “He says you’d tell them I’m a weasel? Yes, I would. He said I’d tell them that myself.”
Lange said she used to be friends with Rubio but he’d have a put out or get out policy with her when she was staying at his house. “In the very beginning he was, like, have a slumber party and stay here for free. Right, 30 days later he’s freaking out wanting to fuck. Dude, I’ll just pay you some money. That wasn’t good enough. I was tired of hearing his bullshit so I went to a hotel and haven’t stayed back in his house since. But since I had this new girl I thought I’d take her over there so he cvould take a look at her for Pigtail Cuties. He wanted to do a paid audition rught then and there. She wasn’t tested. No, no, no. He told me I was a bad agent and these girls don’t mean nothing- they’re just going to be gone in 30 days. He’s telling me they’re a dime a dozen and don’t mean shit.
“I told him every girl I pick I want between 18 and 22,” says Lange. “I want them to get into the business at 18 and leave about 26-30 retired. That’s what I want. I want them to be comfortable with me and feel safe and know that I’m not throwing them out into the gray areas and that I’m not putting them in danger.”
