Kevin Rubio posts: Dear Mr Wankus and Mr. Gene Ross, I can appreciate the style of your articles and find them quite entertaining but am usually too busy producing movies to follow them. After the severe bashing I just received from the Sweets I felt it necessary to respond with a few facts if you care to print them.

1. I like Tony Soprano. Thanks for the compliment

2. I or Ducati Productions are not Talent managers or agents and have never claimed to be. We are a production company.

3. I have been “trolling” the karaoke scene, not for clients, but for talent looking for work.

4. I instructed the Sweets to listen to everything, but dont talk bad about anyone because we all know each other and it gets around.

5. I do have my own money

6. I do need to buy a new shirt but was too busy trying to help the Sweets.

7. The Ducati Estate is a 2900 square foot gated property on a 9,000 Sq Ft lot on Mulholland Drive that has been shot at by numerous production companies such as Platinum X, Zaye Entertainment, Daniel Martel, and Peter North’s Northstar Entertainment and several others. It is not in a trailer park. Too bad though, I could probably find some interesting talent.

8. The website that was shown to the Sweets was gamelink.com and it is absolutely true that EVERY release by Ducati Productions has gone to #1 in sales, even when it was under another companys label. This can be verified by calling gamelink sales at 415 575 9707 or waiting about a week or two for our latest release to climb the charts.

9. The Sweets were told they could shoot with Peter North and Richard Moulton which they did. It was a favor to them since we work directly with Mr. North. I also told Mr. Seidman that I would get him his agent fee for the North Shoot and placed a call to North as I sat with him. He is entitled to it. Nothing else was promised. See #2.

10. I did advise the Sweets not to go to Karaoke so they didnt get caught up in the gossip scene. Now we are all daily news. They felt betrayed that I went, but is was only to “troll” for talent looking for work and to show off my out of date wardrobe. See #3

11. The offer to have their own line was legitimate and I did tell them it would help them get the $1,000 dollar scenes that Summer was hoping for. They came over to shoot the first scene but Ryan was having difficulty apparently due to the drug use they mentioned and it being their first shoot. (He did pull it off very nicely later on after the camera was off and did a great pop on Summers face. Any producer would do well to book him)

12. The Sweets are excellent parents and have a cute baby. Although they seriously bagged me, I think they are some great people just trying to find their way into porn.

As far as Mr. Seidman, until the other night I had never met him and had not even heard of him until I met the Sweets. My previous press release (Which the Sweets Ok’d) about the Sweets running by with their AIM test was unprofessional. I personally apologized to Mr. Seidman which was caught on the “Sardo’s Security Cam” and also wrote him a check for the money he spent on the Sweets Aim Tests. We use agents all the time and will be happy to book through him if he has talent we would like to shoot. I personally told the Sweets in the beginning that if they did not want to do business with Mr. Seidman that they should do the jobs he set up and pay him back for the AIM tests that he paid for, it was only right. Mr. Seidman, you have my public apology for any embarrassment or trouble my own personal actions have caused you.
