Mariah Carey to Tell All in Playboy? You mean Brian isn’t with Spallone? Keisha in Arte Lange movie

> Keisha fans will be pleasantly surprised to see her surface in the Artie Lange movie, Beer League. She plays a stripper nicknamed, “The Pitching Machine.” In one sequence she’s Artie’s date for a wedding and on the way to the church she drives high through a stop sign, smashing another car.

> While Brian, aka Plus One assured me that he was with the Rob Spallone talent agency team, I get a different take from Rob who tells me this:
“He calls and says Gene Ross is writing about this modeling agency. Is there any way I can help you? I said doing what? He’s, I’m getting a house, I owe you money so you can shoot there; and if you want you can have girls stay there. I said we can do that.” Spallone says that’s pretty much the extent.

> Elegant Angel has named Mike Barbella as its new marketing and promotions manager. Barbella’s 15 years in nthe industry includes stints at Metro, Jill Kelly Productions, Astral Ocean, Jet Multimedia, VIP, JM Productions, Caballero, Cream Productions…

> Cliff Cummings of Media Whore Productions writes on www.pornstarperformance.com:I dunno about you guys…but I haven’t had a good enough reason to even hassle with trying to shoot in Vegas. ALL the same girls are available here so why hassle it. I already shoot like 3 times a week and we all know Vegas aint no vacation as it is so why deal with these fucking people that already won’t show up in LA? Now add in booze, drugs and all the parties?? Fuck that…

And you guys that think you know all the angles to get around the law and wanna rent out houses and shuttle people in and out with gear and lights and the talent, I wish you the best of luck.

Just don’t piss off the neighbors. Or the talent.

> posted on TMZ.com: An internet report published Friday morning indicated that a judge ruled in favor of Mariah Carey in her attempt to prevent adult star Mary Carey from trademarking the stage moniker she’s been using for years. According to Mary’s attorney, who is assisting her with the trademark application, the report is not true. There has not been a ruling in the case.

Indeed, Mary hasn’t even filed her response to Mariah’s objection. Mary has plenty of time to file that response before a Judge would normally rule. So, as of now, there is no ruling saying Mary Carey cannot trademark her stage name and we’re told the web report indicating otherwise is being taken down. Although she hasn’t filed her formal, official response with the trademark office, you’ll recall Mary already shared her thoughts with us on Mariah’s attempted intervention into the trademark process.

As for Mariah, besides being busy trying to make sure no one confuses her with a porn star, she’s going to reveal a few things to Playboy in March. But, she won’t be emancipating any body parts. Ms. Mariah won’t be posing nude, but a source tells us she will be on the cover as she’s interviewed in the issue and history shows that Playboy cover models are typically scantily clad. So, we’ll see if Mariah comes out looking more like Mimi or Mary when it hits new stands in a couple months.
