Lee Taylor, OnlyFans director and chief financial officer, acknowledged Gan’s contributions, stating that she led OnlyFans through a significant period of growth and expressed gratitude for her work. Taylor also welcomed Blair, Sue Beeby, and Matt Reeder to the executive team.

Taylor noted that over the past 18 months, Blair played a pivotal role in shaping OnlyFans' strategic direction and advancing its goal of becoming the safest social media platform. In addition to Blair’s promotion, OnlyFans announced two other executive appointments. Matt Reeder will assume Blair's former position as chief strategy and operations officer. Sue Beeby will take on the role of chief communications officer.

Keily Blair, born in 1982 or 1983, is an Irish lawyer and business executive. She is a native of Dublin, Ireland, where she attended a private Catholic school for girls. Blair began studying law and politics at Oxford Brookes University in 2000. As of 2018, she resided in London and is a mother of two children.

Blair is trained as a lawyer and spent her early career years in English law firms. She secured a training contract at Allen & Overy, a "Magic Circle" firm, and joined them in September 2005. In March 2010, Blair joined the Morrison & Foerster London office as a senior associate in the litigation group. Her work there primarily involved acting for organizations and C-suite level individuals in connection with contentious and non-contentious regulatory compliance and corruption investigations.

In 2015, Blair founded FractioVitri, a network designed to assist women under 35 in progressing within the City. She joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in January 2017 as a Director in the commercial litigation and regulatory disputes team. At PwC, she also served as co-lead of their contentio.
