Gene, having read Ed’s response on adultfyi.com I would like to make the following comments. I believe in giving people the opportunity to speak and defend themselves but when such statements are made from Ed – which are out and out lies – I feel that I should stand up and let people know – especially when we have this thing called the internet that can prove it is so.

With respect to Ed’s statement, “Because I was representing him [OSK],” We signed a distribution agreement with Ed on or about December 12th, 2005 which was an agreement he provided to us which clearly states the right for him to distribute the product in DVD format within the United States – he was given no other rights.

His other statement – “It’s not on my site,” just a few minutes ago, on this beautiful Sunday morning on May 13, 2007 I went to www.daneproductions.com and then searched Studios – OSK Productions and behold I found our titles there. So not sure how much effort Ed has made to get our product down on other sites when he can’t even control or even know what is on his site.

I am completely aware of what Craig’s losses or any other companies losses are with Dane – but we have been financially hurt by Dane’s actions –we have received information quite recently that Dane has been selling our product still in the marketplace at very low prices – which would hurt any company. Thus the reason why he probably doesn’t want to return our product.

Personally I feel very hurt with what has gone on with our relationship with Dane – we stuck out our agreement to the fullest when others backed away from Dane, we sponsored the booth at AVN, brought Dane into our booth at LA Erotica and also featured the Dane name on our box covers and ads and why he wants to hurt us is simply dumbfounding.
