Pineapple Support, a mental health nonprofit for the adult industry, has named Natassia Dreams and Josy Black as brand ambassadors. This announcement was made on Monday, December 30, 2024.
Natassia Dreams' Expanding Role
Natassia Dreams, an American transgender adult film actress, model, and director, has been active in the adult entertainment industry since 2004. Dreams was born on August 31, 1978, in San Diego, California, and is of African, Latin, and Native American descent.
Dreams has a notable career, including performances in films from studios such as Evil Angel and TransAngels. She also holds directing roles, including segments for Evil Angel's PansexualX banner. Her work has contributed to greater visibility for trans women in erotic cinema.
In addition to her new role with Pineapple Support, Dreams has held other ambassadorial positions. Pornhub named Natassia Dreams its new brand ambassador on November 23, 2021. In this role, she was slated to appear in Pornhub marketing campaigns, represent the company at industry events, and engage with the Pornhub audience to increase brand awareness. Pornhub stated that Dreams, as a member and advocate for the Black transgender community, embodies their commitment to celebrating individuality and self-expression.
Dreams has also received industry recognition, including the TEA Lifetime Achievement Award and an XBIZ Europa Award, along with multiple nominations for AVN awards. She was nominated for Creator Brand Ambassador of the Year for the 2025 XBIZ Online Exec Awards on November 8, 2024.
Her career extends beyond adult film, including features in high-profile projects. Dreams was featured in "Kokomo City," a documentary about Black trans sex workers, which debuted on Showtime and Paramount+ on February 2, 2024. She has also expanded into fashion, being featured in Pyer Moss's Fall 2021 Couture show and Darren Apolonio’s 2021 Fashion Film, and as a cover star. Josy Black's Involvement and Pineapple Support's Mission
Josy Black joins Natassia Dreams as a brand ambassador for Pineapple Support. Both Dreams and Black are listed as panelists for the annual Pineapple Support Mental Health Summit, scheduled for December 15-17, 2025. The summit, presented by F2F, is titled “Sexual Education for the Sexually Educated — The Body-Mind Connection.” It aims to cover how sexuality shapes mental well-being and how individuals in sex-positive environments can cultivate safety, empowerment, and self-acceptance.
The summit is open to performers, creators, industry professionals, mental health providers, and advocates of trauma-informed, inclusive, and affirming care. Key speakers for the event include Selina Smith, Jasmine Johnson, Rainier McCall, Nicki Line, and Dr. Tess Kilwein. Martijn van Lom of F2F stated that F2F believes a strong body-mind connection is essential for every creator’s well-being and that Pineapple Support leads in strengthening that foundation. Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit added that the summit highlights the community's power when learning, healing, and supporting each other. Tanit noted that the connection between sex, the body, and the mind is central to Pineapple Support's work, and the theme reflects this, offering a space for creators to access knowledge, compassion, and affirmation without judgment.
