Porn star Chocoball Evades Jail

Tokyo- Porn star and professional wrestler Chocoball Mukai has been found guilty of indecency after having sex with an adult video actress while a bar crowd stood by and watched.

Although the Tokyo District Court ordered the 37-year-old porn legend to serve five months in jail for the conviction, it suspended his sentence for three years, leaving him free.

“Abusing the easy money world of adult entertainment carries a great responsibility,” Presiding Judge told Mukai as he handed down the ruling.

Mukai’s arrest was Japan’s first to have been made in the type of pub referred to locally as a “happening bar,” which is basically a pub where swingers can go and have sex with like-minded people, often in front of others in attendance.

Court records showed that Mukai, whose real name is Hiroshi Mukaiyama, was asked by the happening bar operator to attend a club in Tokyo’s Roppongi and put on a sex show for patrons. Mukai obliged, having sex with a porn starlet in front of 21 people. The porn starlet escaped with a fine.
