VAN NUYS, Calif. — When X-rated film legend John Leslie died in 2010, the adult entertainment industry not only lost one of the few truly great actor-directors of its Golden Age, but one of its most irreplaceable and unforgettable personalities.

On September 28, Evil Angel, www.evilangel.com is releasing the final scenes directed by John Leslie in an essential collector’s package titled “What the Fuck! Big Tits, Bitches and Ass: I Must Be in Heaven.”

With an eye-popping female cast led by the gorgeous Chanel Preston, the deluxe 2-DVD set boasts a cameo appearance by Leslie himself, and a bonus disc packed with more than 400 rare photographs along with tributes to Leslie from his friends and peers, including fellow Evil Angel auteurs John Stagliano, Joey Silvera, Rocco Siffredi, and Cristoph Clark.

“Instead of the usual four scenes, John’s wife Kathleen decided to use all six in one movie to give his fans a special farewell,” says Christian S. Mann, Evil Angel General Manager.

“The addition of a ‘John Leslie Tribute’ bonus disc, will give his fans insight into John Leslie, the man. It includes a retrospective of John’s life, career, art and music in pictures and video footage. John Leslie was an accomplished director to be sure, but he was so much more than that. He was an actor, painter, musician, chef, raconteur, friend and husband… and he excelled at all of these. My experience working with him the last two years revealed him to be an irascible perfectionist who didn’t mince words. He called it as he saw it, so we knew if he was pissed, but we also knew that when he ended a conversation with a compliment, that he meant it. Like a true bluesman, John spoke from the heart.”

Leslie’s cameo as The Voyeur is featured in a torrid scene with Katie Jordin, Sheena Ryder, and Rocco Reed. Fans will also thrill to scenes featuring Tasha Reign and Jenna Presley with Mark Ashley; Chanel Preston and Christian; Candy Manson and Bill Bailey; Jada Stevens with Toni Ribas and Mark Wood; and Ally Kay with Bruce Venture.

The tribute bonus disc also includes clips from John Leslie’s last four acting performances, director and Leslie disciple Kevin Moore’s tribute from the 2010 Los Angeles memorial service, and music from the John Leslie Blues Band.

No less an authority than Leslie’s longtime friend Joey Silvera proclaimed the collection “EPIC! A collector’s item, and the last work of a genius!”

About John Leslie:

John Leslie is a true porn legend, but his long and illustrious career has taken many strange turns. Born in East Liverpool, Ohio, and raised in Midland, Pa., John Leslie worked at a Pennsylvania steel mill in the early 1960s. He moved in late 1964 to New York, where he hoped to launch a career as a painter. He ended up working as an illustrator in the city’s then-thriving underground magazine market. John sang and played harmonica in various bands including the Brooklyn Blues Busters; his interest in jazz and blues continued with the release of the John Leslie Blues Band CD “In the Kitchen” in 1998.

He then moved to the production side and began directing feature videos and films for VCA in the mid-’80s. In the years that followed, John racked up a staggering number of adult industry awards. In 1994, his script for Dog Walker had been rejected by VCA for various reasons. John Stagliano liked the project, and worked out a deal for John Leslie to join the Evil Empire as the company’s first outside director.

Since then, John won countless awards for his movies through Evil Angel, and has already been inducted into the XRCO and AVN Halls of Fame.
