WWW- THE troubled younger brother of R. Kelly, the silky R&B singer facing child-porn charges, is making sensational new allegations about him, claiming he beats his wife, bragged about his under-aged conquests, molested his nieces and has sex with men.

The bombshell claims are made by Carey Kelly in a low-budget DVD that found its way onto various Web sites, including Media Take Out. On the tape, Carey says that R. Kelly, whose first name is Robert, is the man seen having sex with an underage girl on the “R. Kelly Sex Tape” – a claim the singer denies.

In 2002, the crooner was arrested in Miami and charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography. In Chicago, he was charged with 21 similar counts. In images confiscated from his Florida home, Kelly was allegedly shown having sex with a minor girl. All of the Florida counts and seven of those in Chicago have since been dropped. Kelly, who maintains he’s innocent, is still awaiting a trial date for 14 remaining counts.

Carey Kelly says on the DVD that his brother was so proud of the sex tape that he held a screening of it in his tour bus. He also claims that R. Kelly offered him $50,000 in cash and a record deal if he told police that he, not R. Kelly, was the man on the tape having sex with a minor.

Carey goes on to claim that R. Kelly, 39, has had numerous gay relationships, and that his hit song, “Trapped in the Closet,” was about his own secret sex life.

“This is not the first time Carey has made ridiculous accusations against his brother, and we’re not going to dignify them with a comment,” an R. Kelly spokesman tells PAGE SIX’s Steve Garbarino.

But a source close to the singer says, “It’s frustrating for Rob, because he loves his brother and doesn’t want to go after him publicly. He’s stuck between a rock and a hard place. Carey’s a troubled guy. He has lots of problems.”

In 2002, rumors abounded that R. Kelly was going to argue that it could be his brother, not he, on the incriminating sex tape. Carey told the Chicago Sun-Times, “The person on the tape is not me. I feel that my character is being damaged.” He added that he could not be bribed to lie. “No dollar amount in the world would get me to do that. I’ve got kids.”
