> Anjelica Lauren tells me that at the advice of her lawyer she can’t talk about what happened to her in Vegas. Although I heard that she wound up in jail after an altercation with hotel security over her room costs which I’m told was supposed to be covered by The Prettiest Girl in Porn pageant. Lauren is talking in general terms about a million dollar lawsuit aimed at fraudulence.

“When my lawyer tells me I can do this, I’ll call you,” she states. “I don’t want to lose a million dollars.”

> There’s a couple versions of the story but apparently Stuart Wall of Smash Pictures got beat up by Tony Santoro of Third Degree. The incident occurred at a party at Tao in Vegas. One version is that Wall was groping Belle of Digital Sin; another was that he was supposedly making comments about Third Degree’s pricing which set the whole thing off.

“Between costs of the booth, the models and hotel rooms it’s getting to be a big pain in the ass,” he says. “I think the show seemed kind of down this year and I attribute it to free porn on the Internet. Is some guy going to run out to his car in the cold and go to a store? He’s going to stay in his house. I also felt kind of deprived paying as much as I did for my booth then getting ramrodded by the company that rents the furniture. Joe off the street gets charged $75 to come in. I pay for a booth, plus the furniture plus the hotels, plus the food- all these expenses. But then the fan who just wants to see the porn starts pays $75 at the gate. So it seems like we’re putting on the show- we’re providing the entertainment, but we’re not getting any of the revenue from this. We’re not allowed to sell product over the counter. I don’t know if it’ll be worth it next year.”
