The openly-bisexual star, who gained fame by having the most friends on MySpace, tried to stop Vivid from releasing the DVD that was sold by an unidentified person.

Vivid gave her a chance to prevent the sale of the sex tape — she could buy it back for nearly $1 million — the amount of money they expected to make in sales. “I can’t afford to pay a million dollars, especially not for a tape that is mine to begin with. It’s ridiculous.”

While Tila isn’t ashamed of the tape, she says it doesn’t define her. “I don’t have a problem admitting that I’m a sexual person. I enjoy a good time, but no this doesn’t define me.”

Tila’s rep tells us that she’s not benefiting financially from the sex tape, and that she couldn’t be busier.

She just released an iPhone ap and has a new music video premiering on MTV on March 10.
