from www.ibtimes.com – With more than 10,000 tweets per second Sunday night, it’s no wonder this series of tweets didn’t register on anyone’s radar.
During the 2012 Super Bowl, adult film star BiBi Jones cheered on Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, whom she spent a long weekend with during his bye week in October last year, with some scandalous — to say the least — photos of her own tight end.
On Sunday, Jones rehashed her status as Gronkowski’s No. 1 fan when she posted a series of tweets cheering on “Gronk.” Using her Twitpic account, Jones posted two photos of her bare behind following the second-quarter touchdown with captions reading, “Hello gronk!” and “Hell yeah!” At halftime, Jones posed topless and snapped a photo with the caption, “Nice finish to the half!”
Other photos, which you can view in the slideshow, www.mobypicture.com/user/1spike1 were more SFW, as Jones posed with an unidentified female friend wearing Patriots jerseys.
While the game was taking place in Indianapolis, the actress famous for her roles in “Fighters,” “BiBi Jones: The Crib,” “Cutie Pies 2” and “She’s So Cute! 3” was in Boston for two shows at Club Alex, a full nude strip club, though that did not stop her from watching the game.
“I’m so excited and I’ve been waiting to dance in Boston for a while now. I love the Patriots and it’s awesome they’re n the championship game while I’m in town this weekend,” Jones told AVN. “I’m ready to strip down and get crazy. I love having fun with my fans in person … GO PATS!”
Before the big game, Jones said, win or lose, she still loves the Patriots.
“Whoever wins tonight I’ll still be a patriot fan! #gronknation he did such an amazing job this year.
Back in October, Jones tweeted multiple pictures of the pair hanging out during his bye week. One photo showed Jones wearing a Gronkowski jersey, another with no jersey.
The infamous photo shoot prompted an apology from the Patriots tight end for letting Jones wear his #87 jersey.
“I didn’t intend anything to hurt the reputation of anyone on the New England Patriots or on behalf of Robert Kraft,” Gronkowski told reporters at Gillette Stadium. “That’s all, just a simple picture, that’s all.”
According to a Deadspin report from October, Gronkowski spent that bye week in Arizona where he went to college, and where Jones lives.
