Porn Valley- Jack Lawrence on Monday night elaborated upon the story that was first reported on Adultfyi.com a couple of days ago. Lawrence, a guest on the KSEX show hosted by his wife, Annie Cruz and Daphne Rosen, talked about how he was handcuffed by security and kicked out of AEE.
Without mentioning Veronica Jett by name, Lawrence talked about an "idiot" who had a beef with Jett who was signing at the Dane booth along with Cruz. Lawrence was away from the booth momentarily but came back to see that one of the guys at the booth [Dane's warehouse guy, Eddie] was being shoved by "this little Filipino dude." Cruz ventured to say that she was probably taller than the guy who was making trouble.
"He shoved one of the guys at the booth," Lawrence continued. "So I just grabbed him and pulled him aside and said, hey, man- you're not going to have a fight here. It's not going to happen." Lawrence said he was firm enough to where the guy got the point and nothing happened.
"Alright, everything's fine," Lawrence thought. "Half an hour later they come over and got the girl [Jett] who was signing because he had accused her of something." According to Lawrence, from what the Filipino told security, the strong arms then had himself and Eddie come down to the office.
"The guy wanted to press charges for assault," said Lawrence. "Metro police came down and ran us. We were handcuffed." In a by the way, Lawrence said he and Eddie were handcuffed incorrectly by the security guys.
"That wasn't too cool," said Lawrence. "Basically the guy just sat there. Apparently the girl at the booth [Jett] owed him $200 and there's some dispute over that. He said if she paid on the spot that he would drop the charges. And she said fine." The charges were dropped against Lawrence but nonetheless he was kicked out of the show for the duration. "Actually for a year," said Lawrence, noting that the guy who started the commotion was also kicked out of the show."Which really upset him- he was crying to the police."
"Basically the guy's a little punk and he's a driver for one of the talent agencies which isn't that illustrious of a job."
Because the guy's 140 pounds to his 210, Lawrence said he and Cruz decided that Cruz, being an amateur fighter and undefeated, would fight the guy. However Lawrence would pay for the guy's training for six months or any duration.
"Then he can have a sanctioned bout with Annie." Lawrence wondered whether the guy was up to the challenge.
