CLEARWATER — from www.tampabay.com – Narcotics detectives with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 people Tuesday at local strip clubs on various drug violations as part of a six-month undercover operation.
Detectives arrested dancers, employees and customers who were selling narcotic painkillers, antianxiety drugs and cocaine as part of “Operation Adult Use,” according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The arrests were made at Bliss Cabaret, 3860 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater; Oz Ladies and Gentlemen’s Club, 13577 U.S. 19 N, Clearwater; Baby Dolls, 13383 U.S. 19 N, Clearwater; Diamond Dolls, 16361 U.S. 19 N, Clearwater; Badda Bing Gentlemen’s Club, 8855 Ulmerton Road, Largo, and 24K Gold Club, 16717 US 19, Clearwater.
Arrested were Edmund Berrien, 39; Roger Booth, 47; Casandra Bywater, 19; Cynthia Davis, 30; Toni Day, 19; Danielle Dito, 21; Stacey Frascello, 26; Deja Janksy, 22; Jessica R. Jones, 26; Demon Kelley, 31; Steven Korsko, 38; Krista Livingston, 29; Crystal Locklin, 19; Brittany McKinnis, 21; Alana Nemeth, 24; Tiffany Price, 23; Derrick Scott, 36; Joscolyn Smith, 19; April Stearn, 22; Charles Towns, 36; Melissa Venditti, 27; Jacqueline N. Warren, 23; and Sara Wilkes, 22.
Two other people were arrested on warrants unrelated to the investigation.
Detectives are looking for several other people in connection with the investigation, which is ongoing.
