from www.radaronline.com – Police in Oklahoma City have issued an arrest warrant for David Allen Tyner in connection with the house fire and shooting that claimed the life of pregnant prostitute and HBO Cathouse star Brooke Phillips.
Radar Online.com revealed that an eyewitness inside the house at the time of the shooting had identified Tyner, 28, as a suspect in the incident that also claimed three other victims.
A spokesman for Oklahoma Police said: “Homicide investigators obtained an arrest warrant for David Allen Tyner (White Male, DOB 10/16/81, 5ft 10 tall, 260 pounds) for six counts of Murder in the first Degree.
“Mr Tyner knew at least one of the victims – however the motive for the killings is still unknown.
“Investigators do not believe that Mr Tyner acted alone – anyone with information regarding the whereabouts should call 9-1-1 immediately – the special tip line in the case is 405–297 –1200.”
The identities of three other victims in the blaze that killed are Jennifer Lynn Ermey, Casey M. Barrientos and Millie Barrera, friends and relatives told The Oklahoman newspaper.
Ermy, 25, was a dancer at Night Trips, a topless bar where Phillips also claimed to have worked; Barrientos, 32, had spent time in custody after pleading guilty, in 1996, to being the driver in a drive-by shooting.
Barrera, 22, was also pregnant, and shot several times before the house was set ablaze.
“My daughter received many phone calls and texts from Ermy who said she needed help,” Barrera’s stepfather, Gary Gardner, told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “She was only trying to be kind to a friend in need.”
Earlier post: Police on Tuesday identified a suspect in the November 9 shooting and house fire that killed four adults — two of whom were pregnant — including Moonlite Bunny Ranch prostitute/HBO Cathouse star Brooke Phillips.
An eyewitness, who was inside the house at the time of the shooting, identified David Allen Tyner, 28, as the suspect, according to police. All four people were shot before the blaze was set, officials said. On Monday, a judge issued an arrest warrant for Tyner on six murder complaints.
